Services
Individual waiver services provided to persons living in a home licensed as foster care. Foster care services are individualized and based on the individual needs of the person. These are services necessary as an alternative to institutionalization that promote the optimal health, independence, safety and integration of a person who would otherwise require the level of care provided in a nursing or treatment facility (such as Regional Treatment Centers or Rule 36 facilities).
